What we collect. When you take a test we store your answers, a system-generated order number, your IP address, browser/device information and the payment reference. No name, email or phone number is required to view your report.
How we use it. To generate your report, let you reopen it later with your order number, prevent fraud, and meet the risk-control requirements of our payment provider.
Payments. Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never receive or store your card or wallet credentials.
Retention. Orders and answers are kept so you can reopen your report at any time with your order number. Contact us with your order number if you would like them deleted.
Cookies. We only use the minimum cookies required for checkout and sign-in.
